Upset and horrified at the customer service received by the manager and owner.It was rather crazy and unbeleivable.I was completely shocked that someone would speak to a customer or anyone as a matter of fact in the way the owner spoke to me.He didn`t speak he yelled,screamed and was vulgar in his words.I had screens out on my house and my mom`s house.That service fine until I had to call in about a damaged screen that was covered under the warranty.I called and ask for another screen,I was told they had to pick up old one and would repair it.I was told they would come out the following Monday or Tuesday.I have dogs so they can`t just go in my backyard so I told them I would leave on front porch for them.On Wednesday it was still on my porch,I called was then told they would pick it up on Thursday or Friday.On Friday it was still there.I called again and was told it would be picked up on Saturday.I tried to ask why I had to keep calling and why they keep telling me a different story every time I call.The manager Adam said I am telling you they will be out Saturday.I still again tried to find out why they haven`t came and keep telling me something different,he just kept saying Saturday and raisinng his voice.I told him it is bad customer service for them to tell me one thing not do it and continue to tell me something different every time I call and to speak to me in the tone and manner that he was speaking in..He seem to get a little angry about that and replied it is good customer serviice that we are even going to fix the screen,I replied it is covered on the warranty.I then ask to speak with someone else.A man gets on the phone yelling and screaming that the manager already told you we would be out there Saturday.Then he Yelled do you have something stuck in your freaking ear lady.We just won`t even come out and fix the freaking screen and hung up.To my suprise that was the owner Jim.Amazing that a owner would speak to a customer that was just calling in to have a screen repaired and I was attacked by him and his manager.Crazy.I will never use them again or refer anyone.I am to a manager and would never speak to a customer even if they were wrong.I have never seen the owner I work for act in this manner either.Where is respect,maturity,and customer service?I also told them I was going to put a review and call BBB.They said go ahead. Wow!I am not one to put bad reviews but this was just far and beyond bad customer service and I didn`t write everything they said because it is too much! They would not even allow me to speak much.
