I scheduled an appointment with Richard at D*ck's Pool Service with 6 day's advance notice. After taking time away from work, they weren't just late...they no-showed me, and never returned my two phone calls to them.\r
I wouldn't reccomend no matter how well they can fix a pool. I think their lack of response is very unprofessional, in that they are too embarrassed to face the mistake they made.\r
If you decide to try D*ck's Pool Service, be sure to call the day before your appointment to make sure you haven't fallen through the cracks. Richard may be so busy his head is swimming.
