Time waster - never a quick response - I hired another company to bo the work. more

They quoted me a price over the phone for a water heater installation (said they did not need to come out to make the quote). On scheduled installation day, he showed up on time (I noticed the truck said PLUMBING REPAIR on the side but did not say the name of the business). From here on things go bad. Larry walks in and immediately starts complaining about the way the stairs make a turn (at the landing) and proceeds to walk up the stairs (while making loud sighing sounds). Then he starts complaining about the potential for damage and goes on and on. Finally (and mercifully) he left without doing any of the work he promised over the phone! In retrospect, I can only conclude these guy had a different agenda coming in (maybe he was casing houses...). I do know this, I will never consider using them again. more

I went to 3 companies before i finally foubd a good one that could help, and this im sorry to say, was one of the dissappointing ones. I read great reviews for Larry's Plumbing and repair so i thought i would try. I called to schedule someone to come out because i had a leaky pipe and they said they couldnt make it out the same day, not a prob, i can wait till the following day....No one showed, not even a call. I called to see if anyone was going to come out and they said they had ""lost"" my form. and they would send someone right away, again no one showed. I didnt even bother calling back, waste of time. more
