Horrible Customer Service 8/29/2011

I had my car taken here after I was in an accident and it took them 2.5 weeks to fix a tire and the rear bumper- why you ask? Because they kept ordering the wrong part and then having to send it back. Also, my cable that connects my iphone/ipod to my AUX was taken from my car and they claimed it was never there. Horrible, lazy people that work here. Phone calls and e-mails went days and days without being answered. AND when I picked my car up there was still work to be done and the girl claimed the service guy would call me that day to finish up the cosmetics of my car and he never called. Just horrible experience. Don't take your car here!!! more

Service King repair 8/27/2011

My van was hit on the driver side sliding door. They told me repair woud be made in 3 weeks. It actually took 2 months!! But they delivered a very good repair service, great paint job and on top added $50 of gas and a complete detailing of the car for my extra patience to wait for 2 months. After delivering the car to my house I notice a rattle in the back of the vehicle that wasn't there before. They also took care of that in a couple of days. Bottom line is that you can't count on all their promises but they did a quality job and I was happy with it. more

Think Twice - Avoid Service King 10/23/2010

I'm not sure what has happened to this business, but they used to be good. I was hit last October and insisted my car go to Service King. We've had body work done there in the past and had no complaints. The work they did was less than acceptable, and I had to take my car back 3 times for them to finally get it right. Now, a year later, my rear quarterpanel has moved and is now underneath the edge of the bumper. The bumper is cracking and peeling. It looks awful. Unfortunately I have moved out of Texas, so I can't return the car and make them fix it. My advice is look elsewhere. Their business practices have definitely went downhill, and they are very difficult to work with if you're not happy from the beginning. more

Honest and Fast 6/17/2010

Insurance man sent me here (GEICO) and I am happy he did. It was a hassle free experience and maybe the best auto repair experience I have ever had! I would use them again but hope I don't have too. My wife has taken hers to other shops and I made her a believer with this experience because hers have always been bad. Again, No worries here for me. I am sure other people could argue but I bet the majority of folks like their work otherwise I don't think they'd have such huge shops. Pros: Fast more
