Bay Area Fence has gone out of business; however, only under the old ownership. New owners are still associated with the old BAF, but they will not honor any contracts or warranty work. They are only interested in you if you are ""new business"", and even then, it is questionable whether they will deliver on your contract. Rhonda took my call concerning warranty work that was required for my installation; she promised to honor the warranty, but has never gotten back with me, and has not responded to any of my voice mails and e-mails. Furthermore, the warranty work in question (gate will not lock) was never installed properly and a continual problem -- after two fix/adjustment attempts by BAF -- from day one. After spending over 5K on a ?life time warranty contract? I now have a rubber band holding my gate closed. If you do not have money to throwaway, DO NOT USE Bay Area Fence.
