I too had a bad experience with this Company they were 2 hours late Showing up one of the guys spent most of the Morning messing with some video system that lets you watch them work from the Net two guys showed up one could only Speak spanish and after 3 hours trying to find out what was wrong with my System they had some guy come out and try to sell me a new system Told me mine was Shot. the price they gave me was way to high so I called another company out to look at it and it had some kind of restriction in the system they had it up and running in 2 hours and it has been running fine for the last 18 months no problem I think they just want to sell you new system and one shot you to Mr gassoway I would take them to court on that deal more

Metro installed the wrong unit. They installed a 2 1/2 ton and it would not cool the upstairs. Ray Gossage at Metro Environmental told me that they would install the correct 3 ton if I would pay for the 3 ton and they would take the 2 1/2 ton and sell it. I have all of this on my email backing up what I am saying. It has been over a year and they still have my 2 1/2 ton in their building. The last conversation was for me to pick it up and sell it on Craigs List. I found out they cannot not sell this unit as new, beacuse it was installed. They got me. more
