I was hoping for to celebrate father's day with my kids and family at this Braum's location and it was one of the worst customer service experience ever!!
After waiting for 15 min in line for service and observing that only driver through line was being served; I asked the lady behind the counter to see if there was a system in place so people got served based on their arrival time. I was responded by ""wait, we are short handed"" I said I understand but can you please let me know when our turn will come. Her response was ""wait, this is only ice cream line"" Bit insulted, I requested to speak for the manager. She proudly said she was the manager and her name was Michelle. At this point she leaves the drive through service counter and goes to help folks who bought the groceries. Again no, apologies or nothing and she goes to help someone else!
So, I walked over to the other counter and said, please give me the name of the store owner. At this point, she tells me that I am harrasing her. I was so shocked to hear that I said ""excuse me"". She told me that I was ""a bad customer"" and asked me to leave the store. I said why? She threatened me that if I did not leave then she will call the cops. This is all happening while there were other customers in the store. Two other customers came to my assistance and said they are going to complain as well for the rude service. After this insult, I decided to try to talk to other employee and get the name of the owner and general manager of the area.
I understand that people have a bad days some times but I have NEVER been treated like this!! And as a professional, one would think to put all the personal and other emotions aside while doing your job!
I not only want to warn other people from going to this particular store but also want the owners to take proper steps before employees like her make them go bankrupt!
