Horrible service and customer relations! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our washer was not filling with hot water. The tech said that we could use the washer on the cold water setting until we got the parts in. While the tech was at the house, my husband asked him about installing our new dishwasher. He said that only certain techs can do that but he would make sure to send a tech who could do both. He took our check and left. Then, Miss Ruby said that WE had to find the model number....wait...isn't that what I am paying your tech to do?? Miss Ruby told us EXACTLY where to find the number. Not there, Miss Ruby!!! So, because we couldn't find the model number, they ignored us....for weeks! So, in the meantime, I am using the washer on cold. All of a sudden one day, we find plastic pieces in our wet clothes and smell burning plastic! So now I need to buy a new washer! Thanks so much! I called Miss Ruby to see if they could come out to install the dishwasher since they were unable to fix the washer and we had already paid the service fee (ours came to $75 but was told later the service fee was $59...hmmm). ""Sure! But you must pay for another service charge AND labor!"" Seriously? Because you did so much the first time! No thanks, Tri county!
