SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/11/2007

I generally don't like staying too near the airport, but I now make it a point to stay at the Renaissance Montura when I am in Los Angeles (usually a couple of times a month). The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful and will go out of their way to accomodate their guests, whether you request early check-in, message service, extra towels..you name it, if they can, they will do it. Pros: GREAT STAFF, COMFORTABLE AND LUXURIOUS Cons: TV service iffy, room service very expensive. more

Better inside than outside; Nice place 4/14/2005

I've sayed here for 9 weeks straight for work now. If you're working near LAX, it's great. The rooms are pretty nice (don't expect a nice view), I'd say better than average but nothing too special. The place looks average at best from the outside, but the restaurant downstairs is nice and the service is good. Pros: Club Room, Nice Service, Proximity to airport Cons: Room views more

I recently booked accomodation for a friend in transit because it was close to the airport.They do free shuttle to&from the airport. The dinner at the steak house in the hotel was very good...pricey though more

Great service, good location. Constant service to LAX. Great helpfull staff and very nicely decorated rooms. Had no problems with this hotel. Got a great deal through priceline.com as well! more

what a great stay 12/26/2003

my wife and i came to la to visit some family and vacation a little. when we arrived we cought the free hotel shuttle and got right to our rooms. The hotel was beautiful and the service was impecable. the hotel was also quite convient to all the areas we had to travel to (mainly south bay). the food at the hotel was also very good...a step above your normal hotel food. they also offer a wireless internet service through the whole hotel (from the lobby all the way to the top floor) which let me keep in touch with my business back home...it was a great stay and we will definately be back. Pros: SERVICE, FOOD, WIRELESS INTERNET Cons: not close to downtown more
