Ever since gary stopped doing the actual hands on this company is not worth calling walter the driver is a liar and worthless he lies and does not do what he is paid for I asked gary to have a tee put on our outlet of our septic tank well walter argued with me and put it on the inlet side so it did not work it was pumped on 2-2-2008 and now on 5-5-2008 it is full again and walter putting the t on the wrong side and charging me $235.00 i am still in the same boat so i called gary the owner back he said he would have walter come back out to right the wrong he did well this sunday he came back out in his car not the pump truck so it did not get pumped or the t put in like i was promised a second time so you screw me once my bad you screw me twice shame on you I do not want walter or fannon septic within a 100 mile radius of me or my house and i want a full refund i have contacted my lawyer and he is ready to file a suit on these peolpe for not completeing the job nothing agaist gary but he owns the company and can't control his workers so stay far away call a company that can keep a promise instead of this one that screws around and does not do what they get paid for. call a company that will do it right the first time gary pumped it back in 2004 and was prompt perfect and knowledgeable 4 years later walter does the hands on and believe me not worth wrinting the check for the bill I would not recommend them to plunge my toilet let alone pump my septic tank ever again.
