This clinic requires everything be bought from them even if they do not carry the heartworm medication you have been using for years. They do not let you know this until well after you have spent your hundreds of dollars. I have been using an online pharmacy for years and this clinic trashed them. I find the online pharmacy much more reliable and professional than this greedy clinic. Do your pets and yourself a favor and go elsewhere. more

Dr. Alison Gussack with Vet2Go Housecalls is absolutely wonderful! She certainly knows all about animals and their ailments. I have an elderly dog and have trouble getting her to the vet so I simply call Dr. Gussack and she comes to my house, usually the same day I call. I was really shocked at how reasonable her prices are! She is so knowledgeable, caring and explains everything to me in language I can understand. I am so glad she started this service.\r more

Last week, my seven year-old cats were so stressed by going to the vet, they couldn't fight a parasite they had been harboring for years and almost died. Having Dr. Gussack come to the house literally saved their lives. I am forever indebted to her and my furry babies alive and well. They are my whole life and I almost lost them. After struggling to find a vet I was comfortable with, I found Dr. Gussack. She is professional, personable and my dogs were immediately comfortable during the visit. Dr. Gussack is an amazing vet! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but amazing with our pets on every visit. Friendly, approachable and easy going I would recommend her all day long. It is wonderful to have her come to our home whether it is for an annual check up or an emergency. We don't know what we would do without her!! Neither would our pets! :-)\r more

Allison is wonderful! I was so impressed. My babies took right to her and not only were they comfortable with her, I was too. My Miniature Schnauzer had 4 day old pups and was perfectly at ease with Allison. She was able to check her and the pups with no stress caused. She docked tails and removed dew claws with speed, gentleness and accuracy. Vet2go has become our new one and only vet. Her rates are better than anywhere in Chattanooga. The service she provided was so much more than expected. Thank you so much! more

Do NOT ever take your animals there, especially if they are sick. While the vets might take care of them, the front desk people are the most hateful people you will ever encounter more

UNPROFESSIONAL! 5/9/2012

Most of the staff here do not take anything here seriously. I had my dogs boarded and they did unnessecary testing and charged me almost $700 without my consent. I was blown off by human resources which never resolved my issue. That lady can stick it up her @$$. I went to pick my dogs up and my bill was treated like a joke. All of the techs I have ever met here dont know how to do crap. Have taken several, I mean several tries getting my dogs blood without success and also have lost my belongings I brought with my dogs to board. I was also told my dogs only went outside to use the bathroom 1 to 2 times a day, only for a few minutes. Very dissatified. Will never go back more

They will rob you of your money! 8/19/2011

Recently, we boarded our 2 dogs there. I called ahead of time to ask the price. I was told $19 per day and each dog was to get a $15 kennel cough med. I would also get 10%off because I had 2 dogs coming. more

Irresponsible owner 12/17/2007

The owner Dr. Kevin Ade apparently lets his 6 dogs run wild onto Pope Creek Road and constantly endangers the lives of his dogs and passing motorists, runners and cyclists. If he is that irresponsible at home, I certainly don't want him to handle our dogs at Middle Valley Animal Hospital. Pros: Location Cons: Irresponsible owner more

Rude desk staff, terrible record keeping 7/2/2007

I chose this vet because it was close to our home but have since decided to change after a year of bad to worse service. Things started out alright however since our first vet eft we haven't had any consistent vet. In addition the front desk staff is rude and keep terrible records. The final straw was last month when I went in to find out if one of my animals had updated rabies shots and THEY DIDN""T KNOW. If a vet can't keep track of that I don't know what else they're not doing. My animals can't talk. Not sure where we're going yet but am done with getting upset anytime I have to interact with their front desk staff. Pros: Close to my house Cons: Rude office staff, unknown vet., poor record keeping more

Awesome customer service!! Very friendly environment 9/10/2006

I really have enjoyed MVAH during the time I have taken my animals there. It's a very nice & clean environment. The receptionist's have always greeted me as I walked in the door, & the technicians have always treated my animals as if they were their own. I have met each of the doctors, & I would have to say I'm very pleased with each of them. If you need a hospital for your pet I highly recommend MVAH!!! more

Terrible service, rude employees 7/17/2006

After taking my dog to MVAH, I have decided that any other veterinary clinic in Chattanooga has to be a better option.
