I'm not even sure where to start?? but here's a quick overview of what happened.... My friend and I are in Mapco shopping. We get our stuff and head up to the counter. A man walks in, and walks up to the counter in front of us... He's lost. (Keep in mind, the employee behind the counter has been on his cell phone since we walked in) The man, seeing that the cashier was on the phone, turned to us to ask for directions. (what he was hoping to get from the cashier). We weren't sure where to direct him so another customer, who had gotten in line behind us, started telling him directions.... Meanwhile the employee noticed us standing there conversating and out of nowhere(while waving his phone in the air) yelled ""IF YOU'RE JUST GONNA STAND THERE AND TALK, MOVE SO I CAN GET THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE. CAN I F*CKIN HELP YOU??!!"" **shocked** We all looked up ... like "" did that just happen?"" But he didn't stop there. While our mouthes hung open he continued to yell at us! We tried to explain that we were trying to help the man with directions, but it was no use. He was not impressed with our excuses. He proceeded to curse and yell at all FOUR customers in line. The man in need of directions booked it out the door. He was from out of town, btw, and will probly never return after tonight. The cashier proceeded to yell back and forth with the other male customer behind us.(we are female btw) As regulars at this 21st ave. mapco, we were STUNNED! What did we do to cause such anger?? What happened to the customer's always right? It's been 2 hours since this incident....and we are still in a state of disbelief. Furthermore, this is not exactly the first incident we've had with this cashier....Although this, by far, tops them all.Clearly this employee is unstable... For everyone's safety, we would like to let you know there is another gas station a few blocks up the road.
