I had heard great things about this company and I see their trucks all around town. So naturally, I assumed I would recieve great service and a great job at Joslin. I hate to admit it by I was wrong. We have been working with them for over a month now on a simple project of two small signs. Neither sign is very fancy or hard to do. In fact, the first day I went in I was pleased with the interaction I had with J.C., however since I walked out the door it has been a different story all together. I realize that Joslin is a large company and are probably not worried about a small job like mine. However, anyone that has ever been in business knows that small jobs lead to big jobs. The company I work for is one small part of a very large company, but needless to say they will not be recieving anymore of our work. I still have yet to recieve my sign, due to the lack of care or attention to detail I have been provided by J.C. I have called many times and always seem to get sent to his voicemail with no return of my call or if it does get returned it is a week or so later and he has no clue what I wanted. I finally recieved the invoice I had been asking him to send me for over a month today. I just hope more attention to detail was paid to the sign than I was. I cannot speak for the rest of the company, but J.C. ruined my opinion of Joslin's.
