Great Customer Service and Product 9/2/2009

My friend's birthday was coming up and I wanted to send her flowers. She lives in Nashville, I in Pittsburgh. After miserable hours spent checking the usual online delivery services, I visited Citysearch and found this WONDeRFUL store. I was able to order the bouquet online (at 3 a.m!), specify a date, everything. I was thrilled--until I learned that the bouquet was delivered the next DAY and not the following week as I had specified. I called and asked that they kindly honor my original request and send a new bouquet ON her birthday, as stated on my order. No qustions asked, thy happily complied, free of charge to me. Pretty awesome. Note: the flowers that arrived were not nearly as colorful as those depicted on the website, but the arrangement was much larger and very tasteful. Pros: Prompt, can order online more

Wonderful to work with 10/15/2008

I have always liked the work done by Steve at Garden Delights, but my latest experience was the best of all previous ones. Steve made the most gorgeous centerpiece for my dining room table for a catered cocktail party we had recently. I went in with a photo of ""the look"" that I wanted and he improved on it and the result was fabulous. I think all the women at the party asked who has done such a fabulous arrangement. He really knows his flowers and is so creative and a delightful person to talk to. So many of the better floral designers are snobby and charge so high that they are not affordable by many. Steve is top quality, creative and more affordable, and he is just a genuinely nice guy. more

Above and Beyond!! 5/6/2008

Steve and the ladies at Garden Delights did the flowers for my April wedding. I had already met with 3 other florists before finding Steve. The main thing that turned me onto him were all the positive comments on this website. The flowers at my wedding were absolutely breathtaking. Steve and his employees went completely above and beyond anything I could have expected for the flowers. Everything was so much more than I had ever imagined and the arrangements really set the mood for the ceremony and reception. After my first initial meeting with Steve, I knew he was the florist for me. His creativity took my vision and turned it into a reality. I was so ecstatic with my flowers that when I saw Steve setting everything up prior to the ceremony I ran up to him and gave him a big hug. Everyone raved about the flowers. Best and Most Helpful Florist in Town 4/12/2007

I used Garden Delights for my wedding almost 3 years ago and they were wonderful! They were helpful with my bugdet and in picking out arrangements. The flowers for my wedding turned out beautiful and I still have the curly willow that was used in the centerpeice!! Since then I've used them for Mother's Day flowers and the flowers are always beautiful!!! more

I've gotten the BEST reviews when sending Garden Delights as gifts... But I also love to GO there to get custom peices for my holiday events... OR just when I'm feeling blue! Their shoppe is like a forest fairy-land... Mmmmm... I'm heading right now, gotta go. ;) more

In my years of event planning Steve and the crew at Garden Delights have been my florist of choice. Timeless designs to designs of great creativity. I can not say enough about them. I first witnessed the work of Garden Delights at a friend's wedding and knew I would be calling on them for my future needs. Every time I have called them over several years, they have exceeded my expectations in terms of beautiful work, inventiveness, excellence and customer service. They are aptly named, because their work is delightful and it is a delight to work with them. Pros: Service Cons: None that I know of more

Personal firendly service 11/14/2006

These folks will go the extra mile and a half for you. They are wonderful!! I only tell them what it is for and how much I want to spend and they send the most beautiful arrangement ever. My first encounter with them was when my Dad passed away. I called them on Saturday, after they had closed, and left a message about a pall, and they called me back and got it there on Sunday morning. They have always come through for me. Everyone I have recommended them to have loved them also. Pros: If you need to go to the shop, it is an easy access and they are so friendly. more

Beautiful work, excellent service!! 11/14/2006

Steve and the folks at Garden Delights designed the flowers for my wedding just a few weeks ago. My bouquet was breathtaking, so much so that the photographer was intent on featuring them in a number of photos. Steve is very creative and easy to communicate with about what is needed for an event, giving helpful input when necessary. If you haven't actually stopped into the shop before, you must, because it is both a visual and olfactory treat! Nestled in a quaint strip mall in the Grassland area, along with an antique boutique and a coffee house, it is an excellent way to spend a late Saturday morning. Whenever I want to send something really special... whenever I want an arrangement out of the ordinary... whenever I want to make a real impression, I call Garden Delights. I've been depending on the creative talents of Steve McClellan and Garden Delights for years now. His work with flowers is creative and artistic and I always end up passing his name on to friends. I just had him create a centerpiece arrangement for a large event recently. It was the talk of the event. I've tried others, but I always come back to Garden Delights. They never dissapoint. more

Most creative arrangements - so easy to work with! 8/22/2006

Garden Delights has always exceeded my expectations for flower arrangments. I have used them on several occasions from ""in-laws visit to town"" to ""special dinner party"" and they've always produced beautiful creations. Probably one of my favorite things about these guys is that they may be currently working on a huge event, but always make me feel like my arrangment is as important to them as the big ticket order they're working on. more

Excellent Quality 5/10/2006

My wife and I recently had our first child and received several floral arrangements. Of the arrangements, the two we received from Garden Delights were by far of the highest quality. The quality of flowers (roses) and the total arrangement were head and shoulders above any we've EVER received. I am not sure of the value, but I can't image finding a better arrangement elsewhere. more

I called Brenda on a Saturday morning. She delivered a beautiful wedding bouquet that day. They said it was beautifully done in a gorgeous vase. They used it as a centerpiece.
