XO Communications is a TERRIBLE company. Their customer service is absolutely the WORST!!! It takes an act of God to reach a customer service representative and then they can never actually help you with your request. My company submitted a name change request and canceled some of the services we had from them. It has been 8 months since the name change request was submitted and they still haven't updated the name. We had to threaten legal action to get them to correct our bill when we canceled some of our services because they continued to charge us for services we no longer had for three months! I highly recommend steering clear of this company!
