We have used Ray's since our very first day in Murfreesboro back in l979 when our little VW broke down one evening and we were lost! From that day on, Ray's has been our choice. It does seem, however, that prices have risen quite a bit. I am getting to the point where I cannot afford Ray's. Hopefully faithful customers would get a break on costs in the future. more

They stand behind their work 11/12/2013

Rays completed some transmission work on my truck and once I got the truck back, the transmission was not shifting properly. I contacted Rays and they were able to get me a new transmission (since my transmission work was still under warranty). The new transmission is shifting like a dream!! - really appreciated the great work they have done for me over the years more

Honest and fair 11/7/2013

I have gone to Rays for 3 different cars over the last 3 years. They are the only shop I have gone to where I feel that they do solid quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone! more

George, I still have the varying idle going on....it is much better, but still some issues there. The transmission is doing well. Taking some time to get use to, but I am getting there with only having driven it a few times. Will call Monday on continued idle issue. more

Ray's is a really nice place. Great people there, great organization, wasn't pressured to engage in crazy unneeded repairs. They seem very trustworthy, albeit a little expensive :) I suppose that's the price you pay for a mechanic you can trust! more
