My husband and I waited over 3 months for a service call on our Ditch Witch!! We were told continually by Scott, the Parts Manager, that they would be at our place ""next week...."" My husband was digging a water line for our home, and the Ditch Witch finally quit completely. When I called the store to inquire as to when they would be arriving to repair it, Scott rudely proceeded to inform me how expensive it would be for them to come out and look at the Ditch Witch. I reminded him that we had been waiting FOR OVER 3 months, and we were now at an ""urgent"" point. He snidely replied that we should find a way to bring the Ditch Witch to the store in Lavergne, Tennessee. We found a tow truck driver and paid $250 to have the Ditch Witch delivered to the store. When I called the store the next day to inquire about the repair process, Scott, in a very hostile manner, informed me that they had not ""looked at it yet."" He also stated that he had ""no idea"" when it would be ""looked at."" I asked him to allow me to speak to the Manager, and he informed me that he WAS the Manager. I wish there was another place that we could have the Ditch Witch repaired! The service is WORSE than TERRIBLE, and Scott needs a major attitude adjustment!!! As I write this, our Ditch Witch still sits at the Lavergne store awaiting repair, and an answer as to when it will be ready. Scott always answers the phone, and will not allow the caller to speak to anyone else at the store! Avoid this place if at all possible!!
