We have no choice – Comcast is the only cable provider available and they have no incentive to improve. I have tried and tried and tried to reach a live person IN CHARLESTON who can answer questions knowledgeably about the digital conversion. I have been put on hold until I finally hung up so many times that I have lost count; I have been told different things by different people when I have gone into the stores; and I have been lied to by “customer service” reps. There is no excuse for any company to treat its customers this way. I hope that at some point, we have a choice so that we can vote with our dollars. I would never do business with them again if I could avoid it.
