I have never had such awful customer service in my life. I will be going else where to finish shopping for our son. This store has completely turned my off of the R'Us franchise.
My husband and I went to the Babies R Us to purchase a crib for our son. We went to the ""help desk"" to start the process. After waiting 5 minutes for the lady to get off the phone, she finally acknowledged us. I informed her of the crib I wanted and without even letting me finish the sentence she asked what vehicle we drove. We took my mid-size SUV, knowing we needed the space for the crib. She completely dismissed us, saying it won't fit then turned her back on us. She refused to help us at all. Absolutely horrible.
By the way, we bought the crib else where, for cheaper, and it fit with plenty of extra space left in my Xterra.
Cons: Terrible Customer Service from the Store and Corporate.
