Horrible staff - miserable place to live 2/17/2009

Noisy, maintenance is bad, rude staff. Stay away - not worth the rent! Parking will sure to be a problem come baseball season, and they haven't done anything to help about visitors. Not reliable about giving out packages, and rude staff members. Cons: Staff! more

The maintence is TERRIBLE!!! It takes months for anything to be serviced, the personnel is constantly changing and the rent continues to sky rocket. Overall The Rapids has extremely poor managment and provides minimal aid to it's residents. The only thing that they are concerned about is if your rent is in on time. Live ANYWHERE else! Pros: Location Cons: Maintenance!!!!! Staff, managmentment, parking lot, etc. more
