I lived at Granby Crossing for 2 years from 2009-2010, and would have stayed longer if work hadn't taken me out of the country.
Granby Crossing offers a tremendous value for what you get. Prime real estate right along the river walk yet just a few minutes walk from downtown Columbia/Vista.
When people see the river views and its close proximity to the vista, they are shocked to learn how little rent costs each month.
The only negative thing about the location is its proximity to the Amtrak station -- but i guarantee that everyone gets used to the noise (there isnt much) within a few days.
Also, as far as I know this property does not rent to students. This _is_ a good thing because you dont have drunk, loud college students running around. The type of people that live at Granby Crossing is varied, but more often than not tends to be the "young" (20s-40s) professional type.
