In my experience at Forthill in Seneca, I felt I was treated badly by the blond haired lady at the front desk. She was very rude and does not need to be working with the public. More rude than any person in a place of business has ever been to me. I'm also very surprised at how expensive natural gas is. How are people supposed to keep warm with 300 dollar heating bills every month? It's insane, although I know it's not the fault of Forthill. Gas anywhere will be expensive. My only real complaint is the horrid lady who works there. I don't recall her name, but she was enough to make me want to take my money elsewhere if it were an option for me.
Pros: Natural gas keeps the house warmer.
Cons: It cost tons more and the front desk clerk is terrible.
