They installed the wrong Flowmaster on my truck because they said that?s what I asked them to do. Yeah, only based on the information that I was provided from the service manager. I later learned that Flowmaster only recommends two mufflers that would work best for my truck. They don?t believe in providing the customer with the correct information to make an educated decision. Instead they?ll do whatever you ask them to do whether or not it is the best interest for you and your vehicle. From my experience they don?t know much about Flowmaster mufflers because he tried to argue with the information the technicians at Flowmaster Co. said. It should be the job of any service provider to give the correct information or advise them before they make a final decision. And if they are not sure or don?t have the information or feel they are not competent enough to perform the task they should say so. I later learned too that their were two other complaints before mine on a consumer complaint site that were never resolved.
