This is my first time reviewing, and I am by no means an expert... But who I went to to fix my hair are experts and thats where I ended up after my expeirence at Creative Cuts. I was growing tired of my old colorist, and decided to try someone new.. heard of this place from a friend, and was excited it would cost me a bit less at Creative Cuts. At the beginning of my early evening appointment I explained in great detail what I wanted, what I didn't like about my old colorist, and what I expected this time. Well I don't know if she didn't listen or didn't know how to handle what I wanted (which was just blonde highlights) but the end result looked simply like a bucket of bleach had been poured on my head and left to sit there for 30 minutes too long. As I drove home in tears I realized the $80 I paid was too much, I would have rather stayed with my old colorist and paid more. Which is what I ended up doing at a place labeled in philly mag ""The Color Specialists"".. the moral is simply there is no messing around when it comes to hair, I learned the hard way there is no price cut worth the outcome, and I ABSOLUTLY would never send my worst enemy to Creative Cuts.
