I was told when they picked up my mower that it would be 2-3 weeks until I got it back. No problem there. Now 40 DAYS later after 7 phone calls and FINALLY driving to the shop myself did they finish the job. A $32 part, 1 1/2 labor, and a tune up was ONLY $235. At every phone call I was told ""we will have someone call you right back and let you know the status."" I never ONCE received a phone call. I spoke to the owner today when I went down and was told ""well, you just don't understand how busy we are and how many people have been complaining"" I informed him that my grass was now 30"" high, his response, ""so is mine""....... NOT MY FRIGGIN PROBLEM. About the lack of communication he said ""well, yes they should have called you."" No apology, no attempt to discount the bill. I then informed him that I would not be returning for service again. His response ""ok"". I never once raised my voice or used abusive language in any way. This was the WORST customer service that I have EVER received.
