Harris School used to be the quintessential suburban educational center. In the past ten years you could not distinguish this school from another inner city facility. The entire southeast delco school district is in the same disrepair. The system has been programmed to disregard the needs of its special education students. The only way for a child to recieve services is for the parent to investigate the legal responsiblities of the district and then force the district to provide the services they should be offering.
Pros: Small neighborhood school
Cons: Becoming an inner city hole
