Tomlinson installed my central air and heating unit and they responded promply when I called to purchase the new unit. Unfortunately, I called them several times in June to make an appointment for repairs that are still under warranty and it is now almost the end of July and I still have not received a call back. I had someone else do the repairs in the mean time and would never recommend this company to anyone. They respond when you are spending your money but when they have to hold up their end of the warranty bargin they are no where to be found.
