if i could give this place zero star, i would. I work in a retail establishment, so i know how it is to deal with the public. whenever i go somewhere, i try to be the best customer possible. i left my milwakee drill there to be fixed on 11/08/2011, and was told that i would get done in about 2 weeks and that i would get a call. Two weeks went by and no call. I was like, ""ok, maybe they are very busy i would give them 1 month."" So, 1 month went by, i called them and the guy was like,""we are behind and your drill is being looked at and i would call you back."" I waited and waited, and no call. I called them back and they said, the part was being order and that it would come in next week. They said they would call me once it's done. So, i waited and waited. Today is 01/06/2012, i called them, and my drill still isn't done. I spoke to a guy who is the manager ,Paul Napier . He told me that he would look into it and call me back today or Monday. Let's see if he would ever call me back. By next week, i am sure that i will get my drill back regardless if it is fixed or not by that time. IS this what you call FAST SERVICE??????? 2 Months and still not done.
