I am a local that orders out a lot. I recently ordered a sandwich for deliverly. After waiting an hour (which is OK because I knew in advance) I received the wrong order. I promptly called the shop so that I could get the correct order. After speaking with a counter girl (who accused ME of GIVING the wrong order), I was given to the owner. As soon as he got on the phone, he began to yell at me, stating that he ""overheard me"" order incorrectly. Are you kidding me??? I informed him that I ordered the same as I always did and encourgaed him to look at past orders (in the computer). He continued to rant and blame me (the customer) for an error that was made by his employee (which he never seemed to consider). After I inquired about his attitude, he reluctantly agreed to make another sandwhich, but refused to make it to my specifications. I ultimately told him to forget it, as I did not trust that my food would arrive untampered with, given the attitude and blaming. I called them back to tell them that I will never be ordering from them again. I guess customer service means nothing at this place!
