On July 9, 2008 we purchased a mop and ""sham wows"" from a vendor with the last name Manganello - upon returning from Hometown - we attempted to use the mop - it immediately broke - I was able to obtain a phone number and address on the vendor who sold us the mop - immediately phoned - and was promised a new mop. Today is August 21, 2008 - we still have not received the replacement as promised. I have repeatedly phoned the vendor 1-2 times each week, and have been given one excuse after another as to why we have not received the replacement. My last phone call was Saturday, August 16, 2008 at which time I was told the replacement was just mailed (Friday August 15th) how convenient. That is 7 days - from Pittston, PA!?!?!? Very very disappointed in this vendor and their lack of customer service. Can't something be done about this vendor? I'm sure we are not the only people this has happened to. We can't get to Hometown too often because of our work schedules - I don't believe it was asking that much to have the mop replaced - we even offered to mail the broken one back to the vendor !
