MONEY PIT 8/10/2017

Made an appointment and stated I wanted glasses and gave my insurance information. I was assured my insurance was acceptable. Went in for glasses and the Dr found a "medical problem". and "gave" me sample contacts even though I wanted glasses. I assumed they would bill my medical insurance for the problem since I gave eye and medical information. As I left I was handed a bill. I was shocked ! I contacted my insurance company and found out the bill was never submitted. I called the drs office and was treated so poorly I'll never go there again!! Went to another vision company and found out they have a hold on my insurance for eyeglass coverage!! I now have to wait for them to contact my insurance company to lift the hold!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! more

Not so much 3/15/2010

I went to Dr. Danyi because I needed a new prescription. When I went back for the glasses, they were horrible - I couldn't see out of them. They told me, just try them for a few days. I couldn't. They then checked the glasses and found that they weren't right. A few weeks later they called and said they were ready. Tried them on, and again I couldn't see out of them. With a room full of patients, they told me that they had to be right, and again told me that I should just try them for a few days. And again I told them I couldn't. After hassling with me for about 20 minutes, in front of everyone waiting, making me feel that it was my fault they weren't right, they again checked the glasses and found, again, that they were the wrong prescription. It had been several months since I heard from them, and they finally called to say the glasses were ready. I'm not going back to get them. They humiliated me in front of everyone that was there, and I'm not going to subject myself to that again. more
