I received flowers as a gift and, fortunately, the people who sent the flowers also sent me a picture of the flowers that were advertised. What I received was a clump of flowers stuck in a dollar store vase. The advertisement showed a beautiful arrangement with 4-5 times the amount of flowers in a beautiful vase. In addition, no flower food was provided.
My friends then requested a replacement be sent. When it arrived Rich Mar wanted the old bouquet back and the replacement bouquet was even smaller than before, droopy and still no flower food! The vase looked more similar to the one advertised, but it was certainly far less spectacular in person. No apologies were ever made. When I called to complain they insisted I'd received it as advertised, but then he admitted he had never seen the arrangement I received or the advertised picture. I emailed him the pictures, which obviously showed a huge difference in both size and quality. When Rich Mar received the pictures, they acknowledged nothing, just suggested we contact FTD for a refund since they hadn't charged my friend's credit card.
When my friends contacted FTD they said they would have flowers resent from another florist and stop dealing with Rich Mar. Thank goodness!
