I purchased a futon twin bunkbed unit on January 7, 2010. The metal frame broke within 2 weeks after I bought it. I have called the store 3 times and was told that they would replace the broken piece. It is now almost 4 months later and I still have a broken bed. I have no problem waiting a reasonable amount of time for merchandise. But I had to call about the status of the piece and each time I was told it maybe in by the end of the month. I would like my money back so I can buy a bed for my son elsewhere.
