Bought an acoustic guitar from them, with the condition that it would be setup, nothing had been done to it since being made. Once the owner/ repair guy came back from wherever, I brought it back in for service, now mind you I just dropped close to 800.00 on this thing.
I have been playing for 20 + years and know a great deal about all kinds of instruments, and after a bit of him telling me I need to play it in, and to bring it back, I just gave up knowing I could get quality service from someone like Campbells. Now he did do some minor work to it, but I could tell he didn't want to be bothered with it.
I think maybe I caught him at a bad time, hard to tell, but I personally would be reluctant to expect anything other than less than stellar customer service.
Pros: Not a chain store
Cons: Little shady with service
