My only complaint was that they didn't show me the truck after it was filled. Since you pay by the amount your load takes up in their truck, they should show you. The office guy (maybe the manager?) told me the field crew should have shown me the load and he apologized...I would have liked him to say something like, That shouldn't have happened, and I'd be happy to send you a check as good will. But, the crew was on time, and did a good job.
