Horrible experience. My 5 year old HItachi TV started having problems in Nov. so I called Binger as they are a preferred repair shop for Hitachi. The first time they came out, they had my TV for two weeks. I called the shop for a status and was told the TV was repaired. The TV was returned to me, however it had not been repaired. I called the shop, and they took the TV back to the shop a second time, and after two weeks again said they had repaired it. When the TV was returned, again it still was not repaired. At this point, the repair man said that they are trouble shooting the problem, and he has some thoughts on what the problem might be but he's not 100% certain so they would have to start charging me replace different parts until they found the exact problem of the repair.
Cons: Four months and $100 lost with no results - no response from management.
