Linde's has a larger selection of bridal gowns than many other area bridal shops. My experience with Linde's was positive while I was selecting my bridal gown.
However, my experience after purchasing the gown was not what I had expected, and I found the store associates to be less than accommodating for out-of- town customers and completely lacking in professionalism. I was not informed that bridal gowns will only be altered during the week until after I tried to make an appointment for alternations, and when I did arrive for my final dress fitting the gown had a poorly constructed bustle. I was not given the opportunity to change the bustle and the bustle was completed using low-cost shirt buttons that were visible on the train of the dress. I was treated rudely for wanting the bustle to be changed and ignored. Ultimately, I had to find another seamstress on my own to correct the bustle. Upon picking up the dress and veil from Linde's and taking the dress to another seamstress, I realized that the store had not pressed the veil and that I would be left to find someone to do that as well. I would not recommend Linde's to any bride that wants a great experience shopping and being fitted for her perfect dress, as I will never shop at Linde's again.
