Urban's Auto Center

I had a very different experience than you two had at Urban. My car was not running right, and Matt went out of his way to make sure it was fixed right. He even called a bunch of places to make sure that he could get parts for me and get me back on the road in one day, instead of waiting another day to get my parts in. There were a lot of cars there that they were working on, and I still got great service. Hopefully others get the same great service that I had. more

I took my car here because that is where my warranty would pay, and as a non paying customer it still was a horrible experience. They got my car and told me they would fix a lot of things such as the wheel bearings, wheel wlignment, brakes, etc. They said they needed to keep it 2 days because they need a part, they end up keeping it a week. They said others things went wrong with it then when i got it back it still was making the same noise. They are going to fix it again , and they are also very unprofessional, they said they would call me and they never call, you have to keep calling them. Do not go there! Cons: NO GOOD more

I took my car to this place because it shut off on me. After having my car for 2 weeks they finally gave me some answers on what was wrong with my car. After claiming my car to be fixed, I pulled off the lot to headed home. And not even 13 minute to the second, my car shut off again. I had the car towed back there and they finally said ""OH you need a new engine"" I GUESS!!! That took another TWO weeks. Finally after getting my car back, my sterring wheel was off balance my car made a hissing noise ever time you turned it on. I had the car for 3 weeks, and it shut off again. This company will no longer ever recieve my business again! Please double think before going here. I really would like to save you the massive drama! Pros: Right off the freeway Cons: THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD!!!!!!!! more
