I bought a car about a month and a half ago from here. When I first went in, It was because they had the car I was searching for. I noticed there was a few things wrong with the car that were cosmetic & pointed them out. Half of them they were going to ""look at"" and the other half they wouldnt even think about. I agreed to the 2 large things that they werent going to fix which was moisture in the front head light & no scratch guard on the bottom of the car. I did ask them to check the brakes, a noise that i heard when i started the car, check for if the sunroof leaked because air came in when you went fast and also one of the heat/ac dial lights were out, I wanted them to check to make sure there was no short. So in the process of getting this car they were constantly calling & taking my calls. I get there to pick up the car & fanalize everything, the salesman blew me off everytime I bring up the short, the manager, Joe Burger, pretty much puts me down for wanting them to check the sunroof & the brakes. I should have known there but I needed a car immediatly. I also told them i needed a spare key & remote for the car & they only gave me a key. One more thing that i just let slide. After taking the car home, I go over the paperwork & it states that I have a 2 door but I actually have a 4 door. I call up there 3 times & left a message for the guy in charge of the financial department to call me back but to this day, he hasnt! Their sale is done so they are done with me!
Pros: Not one good thing came from this dealership!
Cons: Every person that works in the establishment is unprofession
