We strongly do NOT recommend this limo company to anyone! On every occassion that we spoke with the staff, EVERYONE was rude, could care less, and short tempered...acting put out and impatient with the customer. We hired this limo company for photos on our wedding day. A week prior to the event we faxed them all the locations we planned to go and in the order. THe day before they called to verify these were still the correct locations and we said 'yes'. While they showed up on time and were polite, their drivers got us lost in terrible neighborhoods, went the WRONG way down ONE WAY streets to turn around, and went 30 minutes the wrong way, and we had to come 30 minutes back. It being our wedding day, tried not to get too worked up about it, and had alotted enough time for photos, that we weren't late to our ceremony. Our best man asked for the limo drivers names as to not cause a scene and we, the bride and groom thought surely we will resolve this at another time. They blamed the groom for the wrong directions on the spot. All my husband did was ask, ""do you know where you're going?"" Anyhow...we have called on 3 seperate occassions to speak to someone...anyone. NO ONE has apologized, we gave a $100 tip in advance, that was our mistake, but we want back, and no one will help us. We ask to speak to managers and owners to discuss the problem and they won't give us names, and almost hang up on us. YOu can clearly tell it is not a professional environment, and it is all gossip because no matter when we call or who we speak to it's ""oh....you guys, our driver's mapquested those directions, it's not our fault mapquest was wrong!"" When we say we didn't pay mapquest for their innocorrect directions, we paid them and provided them with all locations IN ADVANCE! THEY COULD CARE LESS! WE SPENT OVER $600 ON THIS LIMO COMPANY AND ALL WE WANT IS A DAMN APOLOGY AND SOMEONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR DISSATISFACTION WITH OUR SERVICE ON OUR WEDDING DAY! AND NO ONE WILL EVEN BE POLITE TO US!
