I went to this office for an emergency root canal because it was the only one open on a Saturday. I was highly dismayed (understatement) at the poor service I received. First, the Doctor wanted to completely redo my two crowns stating they were "sub par" (this was absolutely not the case.) Second, the Doctor quoted me a price to replace my crowns that was about 3 times what it would cost elsewhere. It seems evident that he was completely capitalizing on my emergency situation. Luckily, I decided to wait out the weekend and see my legitimate dentist. Then, two weeks later I received a bill for $280 for the 5 minute session with the doctor. I couldn't believe it. I don't like to speak poorly abot a fellow professional but I was completely dismayed at the inappropriate tactics used by this office to take advantage of a patient in pain. I would NEVER go to this office again and highly recommend avoiding it completely.
