Chef Herman is amazing. His creations are spectacular to say the least. They have a brunch buffet on sundays, and usually on special occasions like mothers day or fathers day. They also do a wine tasting which usually runs about 75 per person but is well worth it! The last wine tasting featured Champagne reception with tuna trio (pan seared, tartar, seviche) baby arugula salad with heirloom tomatoes and soup demi sauteed snapper with morell mushrooms beef tenderloin and dessert trio sampler along with the wines. Their brunch buffet includes an omelet station, fresh homemade breads, quiche, pancakes, danishes, seafood newburg with rice and many other things. it also includes dessert for less than $20 it can't be beat!
