Abuelos...simply the best 10/17/2006

My family and I went to Abuelos Saturday night. The food was simply fantastic!! The salsa is perfect (not too hot, not too mild). And can we say, HELLO JOSE CUERVO SILVER??? Their margaritas are made with the oh-so-smooth tasting Cuervo Silver Tequila. None of that jaw biting Cuervo Gold. The only other place I had Cuervo Silver in a margarita was in San Antonio, TX. That is where my hubby and I went for our honeymoon. Abuelo's margaritas brought back a lot of wonderful memories!! You should definently check it out! more

Loved this place! 6/30/2006

When my family came to visit out of state we all had dinner at Abuelo's. We were all very impressed but it is a bit pricey. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was really neat. It is unique and beautiful! more

Abuelos serves WONDERFUL food in a beautiful atmosphere! 9/14/2005

The first thing that will amaze you about Abuelo's is the atmosphere- the vaulted ceilings with clouds painted on them. It makes you feel as if you have stepped into another world. However, the food is the real treat. Chips and salsa, of course, are brought out when you arrive. Everything I have ordered has been fresh, HUGE, and really really good. There are always leftovers to take home too! Abuelo's has the best Mexican food in Tulsa- however, you will pay a bit more for it. For an occasional treat, though, it is really worth it! more

The service is normal, but still very good. Try their pitcher's of sangria/margaritas - great for a crowd! Family or date atmosphere. more
