While I agree with the person above me about lack of privacy, I haven't had anything done but routine cleanings so don't mind so much that we don't have private rooms (and its not separating by curtains but by small built walls that dont reach the ceiling and that act as barriers and don't separate it into rooms...but anyway...the best things about this place are the people who are friendly and remember who you are and everything about you after one meeting! But more importantly, they are very honest about whats needed to have a better visit the next time. My previous dentist (who had been my dentist my entire life) had always said I need to do better but never gave detailed explanations about why like they do here. This place gave me the kick in the butt I needed to get my mouth into good shape and I appreciate it. more

Although we were very pleased with the service we received at Augusta Dental, I personally was very uncomfortable with the way their exam area was set up. It was a large open room with curtains between the patients. I prefer a little more privacy during exams/procedures. I do want to acknowledge how well they did with my son (11 months old at the time). We wanted to introduce him to the dentist at an early age and they handled it so well, I can't say enough good about the staff. more
