We had an account with them when we first arrived in the area. Customer service was fine and they do have a drive through option. The problem we had with this bank is that since it was our secondary bank, we didn't keep a lot of cash it it. We mostly wanted to have it for local needs. Unfortunately, whenever we wanted to cash a check from a relative (birthday, Christmas, etc), the balance in our account had to be higher than the amount on the check. Other banks do not require this, so we closed the account and switched banks.
