I found this place really good to get passport photos when you are in a hurry. He has knowledge of immigration photo requirements for visas so you don't carry them. This shop also carries greeting card for all occasions but the selection is limited and you will have better luck at Hallmarks or at chain stores.
Price is about average - $12.00 for two passport and 55cents for each additional copy.
