My first time at this doctor's office, I felt the nurse didn't show compassion for my two-year old and newborn. She almost seemed annoyed that I couldn't stop my toddler from wiggling on the scale, then measured him incorrectly.
The doctor however, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me written information on everything we had discussed including sleeping problems and behavioral issues. I would say it was a decent experience, however, it would have been better had the nurse been a little more friendly rather than just tolerable.
