The Bottleworks is a whole entity to itself. While they do brew and bottle (duh) Schlafly beer at this location, the menu is really really different. No french fries, but darn good salads. A nice outdoor patio, and each time we go there is a small band (jazz band, folk singer kinda stuff) playing. Its all under a huge tent.
My husband got the pulled pork sandwich, and all I have to say is its HUGE. They have bison (in the form of burgers, pizza and nacho toppings) and definetely lighter fare than the Tap Room.
But don't worry, they still have Sticky Toffee Pudding. For chocolate lovers, the chocolate cake is really darn good, as is the "brick" of berry cobbler which may be seasonal.
I hear on Wednesdays there is a farmers market in their parking lot, bonus! And you can take a tour too!
