Wanted to support a local business so purchased an item from them, instead of the internet, in order to do that. The sales person was nice and followed up with information as promised, but the service went straight downhill from there. After making financial arrangements, we were told that Inventory would contact us and let us know when to expect our item would arrive. We never heard from them. The past two weeks my husband and I have both called several times to ask about our item and 'they're looking into it', each time saying they'll call back but they never do. Today I called AGAIN and after I finally got the semi-rude woman to tell me her name, I asked her to either go check with inventory while I was on the phone or get a manager for me to speak to. She decided to get me a manager...who was on the phone. I said I'd hold but after about 5 mins I decided to leave a message on his voicemail. 5 hours later he still hasn't called me back.
