Having read in Pasadena Weekly that this was voted "Best Salon" a couple year's in a row, I was in need of a change. I made an appointment with the owner to consult with on my hair color. She claimed to be the best colorist in the Washington D.C. area. I also found out that she was a marketing whiz (therefore making this salon 'the best' in Pasadena...Ha!) She must have hired a team of people to stuff that ballot box. After the consultation, I booked the appointment. We discussed the desired outcome before she got started. After she finished, I was dismayed at the all over, one color job. Being a blond, I had asked for natural highlights, especially around the face. I had none of that and actually had a strawberry blonde color that did not compliment my complexion. I was not real happy by the time I got home, and then called to have her add highlights. Still was not satisfied. I will never recommend or visit this salon again!
